As Chief of Operations and Revenue, I led the strategic planning, pricing optimization, revenue management, and operational execution. Through disciplined cost control, precise forecasting, and strategic upselling of ancillary services, we aligned operations across the two hotels to surpass both annual targets and prior-year performance..

E∙Geo Easy Living Resort
Project Background
Mission:
To reposition and relaunch the resort under a new identity following the exit of Atlantica Hotels Group, aiming to restore profitability, rebuild commercial traction, and increase asset value prior to sale.
Challenge:
In December 2022, the hotel exited the Atlantica brand and was rebranded as EGEO Easy Living Resort. At that time, it had no tour operator contracts, no online visibility, and no commercial infrastructure. The transition required a complete commercial reboot — including new distribution, pricing, branding, and operational strategy — all under an independent structure.
Solution:

I led the resort’s complete commercial and brand transformation, launching the new EGEO Easy Living Resort identity with a fresh visual brand, website, and content. I designed and executed all marketing and advertising campaigns, rebuilt pricing and distribution strategy from scratch, and implemented AI-powered revenue systems. The shift toward high-margin individual bookings, combined with cost restructuring and performance tracking tools, positioned the resort for sustainable profitability and asset value growth.

Deloitte | National Bank of Greece
Project Background
Mission:
Support Deloitte and the National Bank of Greece in evaluating a distressed hotel loan portfolio (Project STAR) to identify which assets could be viably repositioned and which were financially non-recoverable.
Challenge:
Project STAR involved 500 hotel loans (NPLs & NPEs) across Greece. The evaluation required swift, high-quality asset analysis under strict timelines and diverse property profiles — from seasonal resorts to urban hotels — often with incomplete or inconsistent documentation.
Solution:
Personally led the valuation and feasibility analysis of 80 hotel assets by conducting in-depth financial reviews, site inspections, and market research. For each viable hotel, I developed a tailored business plan and turnaround strategy focused on outperforming sales and operational efficiency. The final deliverables guided both NBG’s decision-making and potential investor interest.
